TISS Program

The TISS program will match you with a small group of 6-8 other supervisors that you will meet online bi-monthly for a 2-hour session that is structured:

• First Hour: Content delivery around a topical supervision issue (facilitated by Carolyn Cousins), followed by group discussion of the issues raised by the content and its application

• Second hour: Rostered presentation from two of the group members about a current supervision issue or dilemma they wish to explore

All groups start with an initial getting to know each other session and the intention is for the group to journey together over 12 months at a minimum. Groups can be profession specific, however they are deliberately not practice area specific, as the focus is your supervisory role, and colleagues outside our immediate context can often assist us with biases and blind spots.

In addition, TISS group members gain access to a range of supervision resources, such as example contract and agenda templates, articles on supervision and access to other supervision related resources.
